2. ALC Digital Law is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales (under company number 12523413) with a registered office at 1 Burwood Place, St. George’s Fields, London W2 2UT.

Effect of the Terms of Use

If we terminate your access to the Site you will not have the right to bring claims against us with respect to such termination. We will not be liable for any termination of your access to the Site.
13. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use.
