Founder & Managing Director

Angus has a wealth of experience working in the technology and communications sectors. Having started his career as a lawyer at BT Plc, he became a partner in private practice in 2000 and has held numerous leadership roles in London and Silicon Valley for Osborne Clarke, Reed Smith and Taylor Wessing.

Angus advises on a broad range of commercial transactions and is frequently engaged on high value/complex projects. He also has extensive experience of advising on telecoms regulatory issues, drawing on his deep understanding of the commercial arrangements in the sector.

Associate Director

Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has a wide range of experience in commercial law, in particular technology, privacy and communications.

He trained and remained after qualification with Osborne Clarke, London, before working in-house as Legal Counsel for Red Bull, Salzburg. He has also held leadership roles in the charity sector.

Jonathan is fluent in French and German.

Director of Privacy

James is a privacy and data law specialist with 30 years' experience. Between 2015 and 2023 he was co-head of Bird & Bird's London data protection team. Prior to that he was a partner at Osborne Clarke where he set up its data protection team.

He has a wealth of experience assisting businesses from all sectors with compliance issues including regulatory investigation.

In 2018 James appeared before the House of Commons' Brexit Select Committee to advise on the data protection implications of Brexit.
